Booking TermS & POLICIES

Belle Vie Studios operates on a structured, appointment-based system designed to protect service quality,preparation time, and scheduling integrity.

These Client Booking Terms & Policies outline deposit requirements, supply confirmation procedures, cancellation and no-show enforcement, VIP convenience rules, and client responsibilities.

By booking an appointment or submitting payment, clients confirm they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below.

  • By booking an appointment (including through the Waitlist Calendar), clients authorize Belle Vie Studios to charge the card on file for:

    • Required deposits

    • Applicable convenience fees

    • Approved scheduling adjustments

    • Any remaining balances due

    • Cancellation and no-show policies

    Charges will be processed once availability is confirmed or services are rendered.

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be charged to the card on file once booking is confirmed.

    Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward your service total.

    Appointments are not confirmed until deposit payment is successfully processed.

    Unpaid requests are automatically released.

  • The waitlist calendar is for requesting times not currently available on the standard schedule.

    Submission does not guarantee availability. If approved, the card on file will be charged for the required deposit and any applicable fees.

    If declined, no charges will be processed.

  • A flat $50 convenience fee applies when:

    • Booking outside standard released availability

    • Same-day or urgent accommodations

    • Appointments that extend into early morning or late evening hours

    This fee is applied in addition to service pricing.

  • Clients may reschedule one (1) time only, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

    Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in deposit forfeiture, and new deposit will be required to book again.

    Same-day changes are not permitted.

    Repeated rescheduling may result in loss of future booking privileges.

  • Appointment cancellations do not qualify for deposit refunds.

    No-call / no-show appointments are subject to full labor charges, which will be charged to the card on file.

    Missed appointments cannot be credited or applied to future bookings.

    Future bookings require all outstanding balances to be paid prior to scheduling.

    This policy applies regardless of reason, including personal emergencies, client conflicts, or scheduling issues.

  • All clients must complete a required Supply & Style Confirmation Form after booking.

    This form confirms:

    • Hair type and texture

    • Length selection

    • Whether hair will be client-provided or stylist-supplied

    • Bohemian selections (if applicable)

    Supplies are not assumed unless explicitly confirmed.

  • Once your confirmation form is reviewed, a Stripe invoice for supplies only will be issued if applicable.

    All supply balances must be resolved prior to your appointment start time.

    Supply invoices are non-refundable once supplies are ordered.

    Failure to arrive with confirmed supplies may result in service adjustment or cancellation without refund of deposit.
