RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES
Belle Vie Studios rentals are time-based studio access bookings, not leases.
All renters are expected to operate professionally, respect shared space protocols, and adhere strictly to their confirmed access window. These policies exist to protect the studio environment, ensure fairness across all renters, and maintain a clean, efficient workflow for everyone using the space.
By submitting a rental request, booking, or using the studio, renters confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.

Rentals are time-based studio access bookings, not leases.
Access is permitted only during the confirmed rental window and applies to the approved suite, station, or shared resource.
Early arrival and late departure are not permitted outside the booked time.
The rental window includes all work, client services, cleanup, exit, and close-out confirmation. Renters must fully vacate the space by the end of their scheduled time.
Rental payments:
All rentals rates are processed electronically. Rental access is not guaranteed until payment is received.
Closeout Procedures:
Renters must return the space clean, orderly, and reset at the end of each session. All personal items must be removed.
Close-out confirmation, including required photos, must be submitted by the scheduled end time.
Close-out is time-stamped based on when confirmation is received. Failure to submit on time may result in fees.

Members receive self-service booking access based on their membership privileges and availability.
Membership provides access to automation and booking convenience — it does not exempt renters from compliance, fees, or enforcement.
Flex Shift Access (Members ONLY):
Members may book flex shifts in fixed options (4hr, 8hr, 12hr, or 18hr) based on availability.
All member bookings are subject to the same access, cleanup, and close-out requirements as non-member rentals.

Non-members must submit a rental request for day pass approval. Submission does not guarantee access.
Day Pass Access (Non-Members):
Day passes operate in fixed shifts only:
• 6:00am – 6:00pm
• 12:00pm – 12:00amDay pass requests are intake only until approved. Access is granted only after approval and payment.
Approved rentals represent real studio usage and must follow all policies regardless of booking method.

Additional time must be planned in advance.
Membership method:
• Booking an additional session online (if available)Extension requests:

Extended Access:
An additional Extended Access Day is available, providing up to 18 hours of access with a fixed station for the day. This option eliminates sharing and must be booked intentionally. -
Suite & Station Usage:
Suite 38 is the standard rental room.
Suite 37 is protected and used only with intentional approval.
The Rental Chair is a shared resource.
The Owner Chair is protected and used only when overflow is explicitly approved.
No renter owns or permanently reserves a station unless explicitly granted through an approved access arrangement.
Guests & Riders:
Additional guests are not permitted without approval.
Clients requiring an accompanying guest (children, elderly, accessibility needs) must be approved in advance.
Riders or assistants:
Must be disclosed
Must be approved
Require ID submission

Use of towels and the washbowl is included with rental access.
Towels must be used responsibly and placed in the designated area at close-out.
The washbowl area must be cleaned and left ready for the next renter.
Towels may not be removed from the studio. Excessive use, misuse, or failure to reset may result in a clean-up or supply fee.

Light personal food and beverages are permitted.
All food-related trash must be disposed of outside the building.
Food trash may not be left in suite trash cans, common areas, or restrooms.
Failure to properly dispose of food waste may result in a clean-up or renter impact fee.

Notifications:
Renters must promptly notify the studio if:
The space is not clean or reset upon arrival
Damage occurs to the suite or equipment
Maintenance issues are observed
Shared supplies require restocking
Failure to report issues may result in responsibility being assigned to the current renter.
Fees, payment & Acknowledgement:
Applicable fees may include:
Late Lock-Up
Unapproved Overages
Approved Extensions
Clean-Up Requirements
Renter Impact
Fees are applied based on observed use and policy compliance.
All applicable fees are processed electronically. Peer-to-peer payment apps are not accepted.
Payment of applicable fees resolves the incident. Incidents are not reopened after payment.
By booking or using the space, the renter confirms agreement to all terms listed above. These terms supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.

All rentals are reserved exclusively for the renter. Rental payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations, late/client cancellations, or failure to use reserved time do not release payment obligation.
Missed time cannot be credited, transferred, or applied to future rentals.
Repeated violations, no-shows, or misuse of space may result in loss of booking privileges, access restrictions, or termination of rental eligibility.
