This guide is provided to help clients accurately prepare for their appointment.

Clients may choose to provide their own hair or request stylist-supplied hair, which will be invoiced separately after booking.

All selections must still be confirmed through the Supply & Style Confirmation Form during booking.

Supplies are not assumed unless explicitly confirmed and approved. Accuracy during confirmation protects your appointment time and ensures proper preparation

  • All clients must arrive washed and fully blow dried with no oils, no leave-in conditioner, and no product buildup.

    If hair is not properly prepped: Your service may be delayed, adjusted, or cancelled based on scheduling capacity

    HAIR HEALTH NOTICE:

    Hair must be a minimum of 4 inches and free of active damage or hair loss.

    If your hair does not meet this requirement, approval is required before service.

  • Yes. Service includes braiding hair in Jet Black (#1) or Natural Black (#1B)

    The following are not included unless explicitly selected or confirmed:

    • Short/Long Braiding hair

    • Bohemian hair

    • Specialty colors

    • Additional bundles or enhancements

    Supplies are confirmed through the Supply & Style Confirmation Form and invoiced separately if needed.

  • Supply requests must be finalized during the Supply & style Confirmation process. Changes are not guaranteed once your appointment is confirmed.

    Bohemian hair and specialty supplies are ordered per appointment and may:

    • Be non-refundable once ordered

    • Require additional time or availability

    Last-minute changes may result in:

    • Updated balances

    • Rescheduling, or

    • Cancellation if preparation cannot be completed in time

  • Client-provided hair is allowed with approval.

    If you choose to provide your own hair:

    • You must follow the supply guidelines listed below

    • Hair must be approved through the Supply & Style Confirmation Form

    • Incorrect or unapproved hair may result in:

      • Service adjustment, or

      • Updated supply invoice prior to service

  • Client-provided hair must match approved specifications.
    If hair is incorrect, missing, or unusable, the appointment may be adjusted or canceled. Delays caused by incorrect supplies are not guaranteed accommodation.

  • Bohemian styles:

    • Add significant installation time

    • Require different techniques

    • Extend the total appointment length

    Separating bohemian labor ensures:

    • Accurate scheduling

    • Fair labor compensation

    • No rushed or overcrowded appointments

  • Bohemian (Boho) styles include free-flowing curls or waves added to braided styles for texture and movement.

    Bohemian services require:

    • Specialty hair

    • Additional preparation

    • Additional installation labor

    • Increased service time

    Because of this, bohemian enhancements are priced separately from standard braid services.

  • Bohemian styles may use:

    • Synthetic blend hair — lightweight, soft, and cost-effective, but high maintenance

    • Human hair — premium texture, longevity, and movement (recommended option, internal hair vendor)

      or

    • Raw bundles (luxury option; recommended hair vendors listed)

    The specific hair type is selected during the Supply & Style Confirmation process. Hair selection impacts pricing, fullness, and final results.

  • Client-provided hair is allowed with approval.

    If you choose to provide your own hair:

    • You must follow the supply guidelines listed below

    • Hair must be approved through the Supply & Style Confirmation Form

    • Incorrect or unapproved hair may result in:

      • Service adjustment, or

      • Updated supply invoice prior to service

  • Bundle needs vary by braid size, length, and desired fullness:

    • 1 bundle — light enhancement

    • 2 bundles — standard fullness

    • 3 bundles — full, dramatic finish

    Your stylist may recommend adjustments during review.

  • Client-provided hair must match approved specifications.
    If hair is incorrect, missing, or unusable, the appointment may be adjusted or canceled. Delays caused by incorrect supplies are not guaranteed accommodation.

  • No. Bohemian hair must be confirmed and invoiced in advance.
    Same-day additions are not guaranteed and depend on vendor availability and preparation time.
